My name is Read Sayd Vasconez Ortiz, a Spanish teacher from Colombia with a background in technology, digital tools, and creative fields such as photography, art, and design. As a native Spanish speaker, I am passionate about helping students learn the language in a practical, engaging, and culturally meaningful way while also sharing insights into Latin American culture.

My teaching approach connects language learning with real-world contexts. I design lessons that integrate Spanish with topics such as photography, visual communication, digital media, technology, and creative design. This approach allows students to expand their vocabulary and communication skills while discussing subjects that inspire creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.

One of the core methods I use is narrative learning through real-life situations. Students practice Spanish by exploring everyday scenarios such as travel conversations, professional communication, creative collaboration, and daily interactions. My background in systems and digital tools allows me to design visually clear lessons supported by multimedia materials that keep students motivated and actively involved in the learning process.

In my classes, students practice conversation, pronunciation, grammar, and comprehension in a supportive environment where mistakes are seen as part of the learning journey. My goal is to create lessons that are clear, interactive, and adapted to each student’s goals and learning style.
